Incredible staff support throughout our stay.

I can't believe how poorly staffed this hotel was! We had to wait an eternity for basic services like check-in and room service. It felt like the hotel was prioritizing profits over guest comfort, leaving us frustrated and disappointed during our stay.

perfect spot for city explorations and park visits

We had a fantastic time exploring Irapuato during our two-night stay, as we could easily walk to landmarks like the Temple of the Jesuit Order, just a little over 2 km away, and enjoy the beautiful scenery at Irekua Park, also about 3.5 km from where we were, making our days filled with delightful strolls. the hotel room was clean, safe, and the Wi-Fi worked well for us, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family with children.

The hotel offers great service and beautiful rooms, especially with the nice pool area for relaxation. however, there's a significant issue with misleading charges, as a so-called free shuttle was nonexistent and an unexpected fee was added for an upgrade I didn't request.

I loved the warm and inviting decor that wrapped us in comfort. The beautiful outdoor swimming pool area was perfect for relaxing under the sun, and the heated pool took our experience to a whole new level. Plus, who can resist a little pampering at their fabulous spa and wellness center? It was pure joy!
